WEG CWB80-11-30D39 80A 3-Pole IEC Contactor 480V Coil

The WEG CWB80-11-30D39 is an 80-amp, 3-pole magnetic contactor from WEG's CWB series, featuring a 480V AC coil and built-in 1NO/1NC auxiliary contacts. Built to meet both IEC 60947 and UL 508 international standards, it's engineered for heavy-duty industrial motor control and circuit switching where high current capacity and a 480V control circuit are required.
 
With an 80-amp rating, this contactor is built for larger motors, industrial machinery, compressors, pumps, and high-demand three-phase loads that smaller contactors simply can't handle. The 480V coil allows direct control from the same 480V supply powering the load, which simplifies control wiring in many industrial panel designs by eliminating the need for a separate control transformer. All terminals including coil connections are front-facing for straightforward installation and troubleshooting, and the unit mounts on standard 35mm DIN rail or directly with screws for flexible panel layout.
 
Up to four additional front-mounted auxiliary contact blocks can be added as needed to support more complex control schemes. WEG thermal overload relays can also be directly mounted to the load side for complete, compact motor protection in a single assembly. Optional surge suppressor blocks are available and snap on without tools to reduce voltage spikes when the coil switches off — a useful addition in noise-sensitive control environments.
